BBQ Pork Ribs
Ingredients:
- RWA Pork Back Rib Cut
- 1 cup BBQ sauce
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Steps:
- Clean the pork ribs by rinsing them under cold water, then pat dry.
- Mix the brown sugar, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, salt, and cayenne pepper in a bowl.
- Rub the spice mixture all over the pork ribs, making sure to cover both sides.
- Let the ribs marinate for at least 30 minutes, preferably overnight in the refrigerator.
- Preheat your grill to medium heat (around 300°F/150°C).
- Brush the ribs with olive oil to prevent sticking.
- Place the ribs on the grill, bone side down, and cook for about 1.5 to 2 hours, basting with BBQ sauce every 30 minutes.
- After the ribs are tender and cooked through, remove them from the grill and let them rest for a few minutes.
