BBQ Pork Ribs


  • RWA Pork Back Rib Cut
  • 1 cup BBQ sauce
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil


  1. Clean the pork ribs by rinsing them under cold water, then pat dry.
  2. Mix the brown sugar, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, salt, and cayenne pepper in a bowl.
  3. Rub the spice mixture all over the pork ribs, making sure to cover both sides.
  4. Let the ribs marinate for at least 30 minutes, preferably overnight in the refrigerator.
  5. Preheat your grill to medium heat (around 300°F/150°C).
  6. Brush the ribs with olive oil to prevent sticking.
  7. Place the ribs on the grill, bone side down, and cook for about 1.5 to 2 hours, basting with BBQ sauce every 30 minutes.
  8. After the ribs are tender and cooked through, remove them from the grill and let them rest for a few minutes.
