  • RWA Chicken Breast
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 4 sandwich rolls or buns
  • Lettuce leaves
  • Sliced tomatoes
  • Sliced red onions
  • Pickles (optional)
  • Mayonnaise

  1. Clean the chicken breasts by rinsing them under cold water, then pat dry with paper towels.
  2. In a small bowl, mix the salt, black pepper, paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  3. Rub the spice mixture all over the chicken breasts, ensuring they are evenly coated.
  4. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  5. Add the chicken breasts to the skillet and cook for about 5-7 minutes on each side, or until they are browned and cooked through.
  6. Remove the chicken breasts from the skillet and let them rest for a few minutes before slicing.
  7. While the chicken is resting, toast the sandwich rolls or buns in the skillet or a toaster until lightly browned.
  8. Spread mayonnaise (and mustard, if using) on the bottom halves of the sandwich rolls.
  9. Place a lettuce leaf on each roll, followed by slices of tomato and red onion.
  10. Slice the chicken breasts into strips or leave whole and place them on top of the vegetables.
  11. Add pickles if desired and cover with the top halves of the sandwich rolls.
  12. Enjoy your Chicken Breast Sandwich!
