  • RWA Pork Chop Bone In
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil or butter for frying


  1. Clean the pork chops by rinsing them under cold water, then pat dry with paper towels.
  2. In a small bowl, mix the salt, black pepper, paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  3. Rub the spice mixture all over the pork chops, ensuring they are evenly coated.
  4. Heat the olive oil or butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
